2131 Blood Orange takes the same bold Double IPA foundation and layers in bright citrus character from real blood orange flavor. The hop blend of Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, and Equinox already delivers notes of grapefruit, pine, and tropical fruit, and the blood orange addition amplifies that citrus profile with a juicy, slightly tart edge. The result is a big, aromatic IPA that balances resinous hop bite with fresh citrus brightness, finishing crisp enough to keep the next sip coming.

Sour Sweet Pea started as a 2021 homebrew collaboration between George and his daughter, Kay-Lee (Sweet Pea). Pilsner malt, oat flakes, and flaked wheat build a soft, approachable body. Mosaic and Simcoe hops contribute tropical fruit and citrus notes, while Lallemand's Philly Sour yeast produces a clean, lactic tartness during fermentation.
